Payments can be made through the checkout via PayPal or credit card.

How long until my order arrives?
Please allow up to 10 days for dispatch of your order, parcels are sent via Australia post.
All orders come with tracking which i will email once the parcel is sent.
I take no responsibility for late, lost, damaged or misdirected mail.
For international orders, please head over to my Etsy store to place your order or alternately send through an email and I can invoice you directly.
Can I preview the design?
Of course! you get up to 2 previews to make sure you are happy with the design. Any additional previews will incur a $5 charge for each.
I have changed my mind…
Stitching will generally begin within 24 hours after the preview has been approved. You can cancel the order anytime before this.
Unfortunately due to the personalised nature of the products no refunds can be given due to change of mind once the stitching had begun.
I have made a mistake…
Please double check all details when you send them to me and again in the preview, it is almost impossible to unstitch the writing without ruining the item.
If you have received the item and there is a mistake on your behalf please contact for the best way to resolve this.
Photos
Photos of the completed item will be taken and may be used on Facebook, Etsy, Instagram and/or my website. If you would not like a picture of the toy displayed please message me stating so.
